Our custom-built NOC is manned 365 days a year and 24 hours a day ensuring an immediate deployment of engineers within the pre-set SLA time ranging from a 2-hour response up to 24hrs.

 

Synchronizing replacement part delivery to coincide with site visits are standard, ensuring minimum disruption to the service.

We adhere to precise SLA Times ensuring rapid dispatch of field engineers and parts. 

 

Field services are managed via both emergency and pre-arranged/planned basis, facilitating clients the opportunity to schedule and decide the dispatch of our experts based on the level of the emergency and the scope of work.
